Here, find answers to our most frequently asked questions:

 

How long will it take for my item to arrive? – Our experienced warehouse fulfillment shippers work each day to guarantee you will receive your items as quickly as possible.

 

What Days Do You Ship? – Suvelle ships Mondays through Fridays and most U.S. orders are shipped within one business day once payment is received.

 

Do you provide tracking numbers? – Yes, once your item has shipped you can login to your account and track your order. We also send an email once your item has shipped to help you track your order.

 

What shipping carriers do you use? - We ship all of our products using UPS, FedEx and USPS.

 

Can I Ship to a P.O. Box? – We can ship to P.O. Boxes for smaller items. Larger items are shipped via UPS or FedEx and will require a physical address. If you’re unsure of how your order can be shipped, please contact us at sales@suvelle.com.

 

When Will I Receive My Order? – You will receive your order based on the type of shipping you choose. For example, if you choose USPS First Class Mail, expect the item to be delivered 3 to 6 days after payment. USPS Priority mail is generally 3 to 4 days after payment and USPS Parcel Posts requests are delivered within 3 to 10 days after payment. UPS Ground is 3 to 6 days so please allow 2 to 4 weeks for International shipping. If you are in Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico, shipping may also take up to 2 weeks. If ground shipping is not available in your area, please do not choose this option at checkout.

 

Is My Shipping Date Guaranteed? – Shipping dates are estimated, and the type of shipping you request. Delivery dates may vary but if you utilize USPS Priority Mail, UPS or FedEx, you can always track your order.

 

Do You Offer Combined Shipping – Yes. If you submit an order and want to add additional items to the order, contact us via email at sales@suvelle.com and we will revise your bill and ship the items together. You can always click the shipping tab to determine the total cost of shipping.

 

Must I Pay for My Items Immediately? – Suvelle will leave your items within your shopping cart for ten (10) days. If you can’t pay within 10 days, contact us to save the items in your cart.

 

How do I return an order? – Please visit our Returns tab for more information on how to return an item.

 

How can I contact you? – You may send an email to sales@suvelle.com or call our customer service number at 929-234-3770. Please have your order number ready and include it in all email correspondence.  For your convenience, our customer care center is open Monday through Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST and on Fridays from 9:00 a.m. to Noon EST. We are closed on holidays.

 

Where are you located? - We are located in Brooklyn, New York.

 

Is Suvelle PayPal Verified? -  Yes we are PayPal verified.

 

Do I need to create an account? - It’s best to create an account for easy reordering and order tracking, however, you can check out as a guest.

 

Do you offer a wish list? - Yes, we offer a place for our guests to create a wish lists of favored items which can be added to your shopping cart at any time.

 

How are shipping charges calculated? – All shipping charges are calculated within our secure shopping cart once the shipping address and zip code are entered.

 

Do I have to pay sales tax? – If you are a New York resident, your order will be charged the state sales tax of 8.875%.

 

Do You Ship Internationally? – Yes. We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) for international shipping. If you are an international customers, USPS priority mail offers tracking information. Items shipped using USPS first class mail generally does not come with a tracking number. Please note that taxes, import duties and any other charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in our shipping costs. You may want to check with your country’s custom offices before placing an order to find out what these costs may include.

 

How Do I Choose a Color? – Because many of our products come in different colors, use the dropdown menus or check off the multiple choice box to make your choice before placing the item in your shopping carts. If the item comes in only one color, no dropdown menu or choice will appear.

 

How Can I Tell What an Item Is Made Of? – We take pride in our item descriptions including the materials used to manufacture our products.

 

What If I Have a Question About an Item? – Please feel free to contact us via phone or email, and we will get back to you as soon as possible. You can also email us at info@suvelle.com. When contacting us, please include the product ID number and a link to the product so we can serve you faster.

 

What If You Send Me the Wrong Item? – Suvelle does our best not to make shipping mistakes. If we do send you an item in error, please contact us as soon as possible so we can send you instructions on how to return the item at no cost to you.

 

Shipping 

 

Once an order is placed, our team of expert warehouse shippers packs the order to ensure the fastest of shipping. We also offer same and next day shipping which is offered as an option at checkout.

 

We also offer a 100 percent quality satisfaction guarantee if any of our products contains a manufacturer defect.

Returns

 

We proudly offer a no-hassle 14-day return policy. If you find you need to return an item for a manufacturer defect, simply login to your account and request a RAM label. You will receive the shipping RAM label via email.

 

Just attach the RAM label to your package and drop the package off at your local post office.

 

If you are unhappy with any of our products, you may also take advantage of our 14-day return policy however, Suvelle provides RAM (free-shipping) labels for defective merchandise only.

 

Payments

 

Suvelle proudly accepts PayPal as an accepted payment in our store and we are PayPal Verified. If you have a credit card or bank account connected to your PayPal account, PayPal will utilize these accounts to pay for any items you purchase if you don’t have a PayPal balance.

 

If you have a VISA, MasterCard or another credit card connected to your PayPal account, you can also use this option through PayPal to pay for your items.

 

Privacy Policy

 

Suvelle.com keeps your personal information private. We do not sell email addresses to other websites. We also offer a secure shopping cart, so shopping with Suvelle is always safe.

 

We may, however, from time to time, use email information to contact customers to inform them of sales, discounts or special savings within our store.
